Bharathi Pathippagam, founded in 1950 by P. L. Chidambaram, has contributed to Tamil literature for over 70 years. It was later led by C. T. Rajendran, who maintained its reputation for more than three decades. The publishing house has released works by renowned writers including Kalaignar Karunanidhi, Kalki Krishnamurthy, Sujatha, Rajesh Kumar, Vairamuthu, and Sandilyan. Today, it continues its legacy under the third generation.
