When products are available in our local warehouses, the dispatch time is typically 3–7 business days. Every item is carefully packed and shipped with utmost care.
All orders within India are shipped through India Post Registered Parcel Services. Standard shipping charges are collected during checkout.
If a customer prefers delivery through a specific courier service, the request can be accommodated, provided the additional shipping cost is borne by the customer.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, the order will not be processed.
The refund amount will not be credited back to the original payment method. Instead, the amount will be adjusted against any future purchase made on our website.

Upside-down or incorrect printing
Interchanged forms or pages
The product can be returned to us, and we will provide:
A replacement of the same product, or
Merchandise of equal value to the returned item
We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery for the above-mentioned issues.

Payment Successful (Online Payment Gateway):
If you receive a “Payment Successful” status, your order is confirmed. The merchandise will be packed and shipped, and delivery can be expected within 3–7 business days (within India).
